• Email Address
• Delivery Address or Location (for apparel requests)
• Customisation preferences (garment sizes, selected colours, and design adjustment notes)
• Project details and references you describe in the contact form

2. How We Store Your Data

Your submitted data is stored and routed securely to ensure it is kept confidential:

• Google Firebase Firestore: Backed up on secure Google Cloud servers to maintain a log of pre-orders, customiser designs, and contact inquiries.
• Dedicated Subscribers List: If you check the box to subscribe to our newsletter, your name and email are logged in a separate collection (subscribers) and synced automatically to our email marketing platform (MailerLite).
• Telegram Notification: Details of orders and contact messages are instantly sent to our private developer Telegram channel to notify us of your request.

3. Custom Products & Colour Variations

Because our apparel designs are custom-made to your specific configurations (sizes, colours, and gamer-tags), all custom requests and subsequent sales are final.

Please note that the 3D models shown on our website are digital previews. Slight variations in fabric colours, print scales, and decal placements may occur in production due to different screen calibrations and manufacturing methods. These minor variations do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We use specific third-party tools to protect our site, process payments, and deliver our emails:

• Cloudflare Turnstile: We use Turnstile to run bot protection on our form submissions. It checks your browser compatibility to prevent spam, but does not track personal browsing habits.
• Stripe: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store, see, or process your credit card details.
• MailerLite: Our email list management platform. If you opt-in to the newsletter, your email address is transferred to MailerLite for campaign deliveries. Every promotional email you receive will have an obvious one-click unsubscribe link in the footer.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and other privacy laws, you have full control over your personal data. You have the right to request to view, modify, or permanently erase all information we have stored about you from our database and MailerLite accounts.
